Position: Tech Lead – Java/Python & AI Integration

Requirement:
We are seeking a Tech Lead with strong backend development experience in Java/Python and expertise in real-time event-driven architectures. The role involves modernizing trade data platforms by migrating from batch-based processing to real-time streaming solutions using Kafka and modern OLTP systems. Candidates should also have exposure to AI-driven migration and reconciliation solutions.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of application development experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java or Python
  • Expertise in Apache Kafka (development, configuration, integration)
  • Experience building REST APIs and Microservices
  • Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and distributed systems
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Exposure to AI/ML integration for migration, reconciliation, or automation
  • Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS Cloud is a plus
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred:

  • Real-time analytics and streaming platform experience
  • DevOps and containerization experience
  • Financial/trade data platform experience is a plus
