Location: Remote (1 week/quarter out of the Des Moines office)- Expenses Covered

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience working with Oracle Retail (Retek) applications, especially in supporting retail business functions such as merchandising, inventory, pricing, purchasing, and sales.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Retail modules including Price Management, Merchandising, and Invoice Matching.
• Solid functional knowledge of retail operations and how Oracle solutions streamline these processes.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and technical teams.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience with Oracle Cloud Retail implementations.
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Certifications in Oracle Retail modules or related fields.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Retek or Oracle Cloud Retail applications.

Other Requirements:

• Availability for occasional travel (1 week per quarter) to the Des Moines office (expenses covered).
• Must be able to start by the specified date.
