Job Description: Senior Integration Engineer - MuleSoft

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Integration Engineer with deep expertise in MuleSoft to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade integration solutions. This role will be pivotal in connecting applications, data, and systems across the organization to enable seamless digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement MuleSoft integration solutions for enterprise applications.
• Develop APIs, connectors, and integration flows using Anypoint Platform.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration designs.
• Ensure solutions adhere to API-led connectivity principles and best practices.
• Optimize performance, security, and reliability of integration solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and guiding best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in production environments.
• Stay updated with MuleSoft product releases and emerging integration technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-10 years of experience in integration engineering, with at least 4+ years in MuleSoft.
• Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and CloudHub.
• Proficiency in API design, RAML, JSON, XML, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control (Git, Jenkins, etc.).
• Solid understanding of security protocols (OAuth, JWT, TLS, etc.) and data transformation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and hybrid integration models.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven integration.

Good-to-Have

• MuleSoft certifications (MuleSoft Certified Developer, Architect).
• Experience with Salesforce integration and other enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HR systems).
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.
