Job Title: Fiber Network Analyst

Job Type: Remote

Contract- 12+ Months

As a Fiber Network Data Analyst, you ll manage and validate inside plant (ISP) and outside plant (OSP) fiber network assets using industryleading tools. You ll study fiber routes, analyze records, interpret network diagrams, and ensure our infrastructure data is precise, clean, and ready for deployment.

Responsibilities

• Document, edit, and maintain ISP/OSP fiber network asset records
• Validate network diagrams, fiber routes, and customer database information
• Analyze multiple data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify and resolve design or data issues within fiber network systems
• Use tools like MapInfo, Visio, Google Earth/Maps, and MS Office
• Research building addresses/coordinates and create accurate building footprints
• Work with databases, schematic drawings, spreadsheets, and fiber documentation
• Apply knowledge of GIS/AutoCAD (preferred but not required)

Qualifications

• 3 5 years telecom ISP/OSP experience
• Strong understanding of fiber optics and telecom fundamentals
• Experience with fiber documentation, data validation, and design interpretation
• Skilled with MapInfo, Visio, MS Office (AutoCAD is a plus)
• Excellent communication, detail orientation, and problemsolving skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment
