Documentation & Communication: Regulatory Filings, Testimony, Process Documentation, Training

Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile product delivery for technology products supporting PSPS planning and execution.
Manage product roadmap, backlog, lifecycle, and cross-functional Agile teams.
Drive PI Planning, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and product releases.
Gather business requirements, define user stories, and oversee UAT.
Develop business cases, RFPs, and IT estimates for product enhancements.
Coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely sign-offs and milestone delivery.
Support regulatory documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
Participate in rotating Emergency Operations Center (EOC) support during PSPS events.

Must-Have Skills

Strong Product Manager/Product Owner experience.
Hands-on SAFe Agile experience (PI Planning, backlog management).
Expertise with Jira & Confluence.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with business case development, RFPs, and UAT.
Energy/Utilities domain experience is highly preferred.
