• 8+ years as a Salesforce Developer (3+ years specifically managing Salesforce releases)

Requirements:

Lead and manage Salesforce releases (3+ years experience in release management).
Oversee DevOps release management using industry-standard tools (5+ years).
Conduct technical code reviews and unit testing to maintain high-quality standards.
Execute code release and deployment activities across environments.
Develop and maintain release roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Support testing cycles, troubleshoot issues, and perform defect fixes.
Create and manage technical documentation for release processes and system updates.
Prioritize tasks, resolve escalations, and ensure timely delivery of release milestones.
