Mandatory Qualifications:
MQ #1 Must have at least five (5) years of FTE experience serving as the project manager or equivalent leadership role on a complex enterprise technology project for a federal, state, or local health and human services agency.
MQ #2 Must have experience on two (2) different complex enterprise technology projects where each project involved assessing technology solutions for scalability, performance, and security.
MQ #3 Must have experience on two (2) different complex enterprise technology projects where each project involved implementing health and human services programs on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) cloud environment. At least one (1) of the referenced projects must have used an Agile software development lifecycle methodology with a user-centered design approach.
MQ #4 Must have experience on one (1) complex enterprise technology project with planning, designing (including architecture), engineering, building, testing, and deploying for a federal, state, or local health and human services agency. The referenced project must have moved from a legacy mainframe system, or other comparable enterprise system, to a SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS cloud environment using application programming interfaces and external portals.
Desirable Qualifications:
DQ #1 At least two (2) years of FTE experience delivering applications configured and/or developed on Salesforce Service Cloud.
DQ #2 At least two (2) years of FTE experience with security standards, such as NIST or COBIT, on complex enterprise technology project(s) that used Salesforce.
