Summary

Role: Data Engineer (Customer Data / AI Enablement)
Location: Remote USA
Rate: 6-12 months
Rate: Hourly on w2 contract

Overview: we are seeking a Data Engineer to support AI and analytics initiatives by improving customer-data accessibility, quality, and reliability.
The ideal candidate will have experience with customer systems, CCMB, and SAP environments and will help resolve data challenges impacting AI model performance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and engineer customer data pipelines supporting AI solutions.
Investigate data discrepancies between source systems, databases, and legacy reports.
Work with business stakeholders to validate and reconcile data.
Improve data quality and accessibility for AI and reporting use cases.
Support migration and transformation of customer-related datasets.
Identify and document data lineage and transformation logic.

Must-Have Qualifications

Data Engineering experience.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Experience working with complex enterprise data environments.
Ability to troubleshoot data quality and reporting issues.
Experience partnering directly with business users and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Former Exelon employee or contractor.
CCMB experience.
SAP experience.
Utility industry experience.
Experience supporting AI/ML or advanced analytics initiatives.
