10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years of technical leadership responsibility.
Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Full Stack development, including React and TypeScript.
Experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming technologies.
Demonstrated use of AI coding assistants in production software development environments.
Strong experience designing and developing Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native solutions on Azure and/or AWS.
Experience working in mature CI/CD and modern software delivery environments.
Strong test automation experience across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
