Summary
Business Analyst - Onsite Location: Reading, PA/Exton, PA
Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Create clear user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams.
Participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
Support testing activities, including UAT, and validate delivered solutions.
Ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented as expected.
Maintain project documentation and requirement traceability.
