Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Architect to design, implement, and manage Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint IdentityNow. The ideal candidate will lead architecture decisions, ensure security compliance, and deliver scalable identity solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect end-to-end IGA solutions using SailPoint platforms
Lead implementation, integration, and deployment of SailPoint solutions
Define identity lifecycle processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)
Develop and customize workflows, rules, and connectors
Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems (AD, HRMS, ERP, cloud apps)
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Drive best practices in identity governance and access management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ / SailPoint IdentityNow
Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and IGA concepts
Hands-on experience with Java, BeanShell, or similar scripting languages
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
Knowledge of directories like LDAP, Active Directory
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

SailPoint certifications (Architect / Engineer)
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to other IAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, Okta, Saviynt)
Knowledge of microservices architecture

Experience

8+ years in IAM/IGA domain
3+ years in SailPoint architecture or lead role

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
