Summary

Job Description:
 
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or enterprise data platform development.
  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake.
  • Proven experience delivering Hadoop-to-cloud data platform migrations.
  • Strong expertise in Hadoop ecosystems, including Cloudera, Hive, and Apache Spark.
  • Strong programming and data transformation skills using SQL and Python.
  • Experience with Snowflake SQL, Snowpark, and modern data processing frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, ingestion, transformation, and orchestration patterns.
  • Experience with data reconciliation, data quality validation, lineage, and migration testing.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices for data pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Experience working with regulated data environments, preferably in financial services or banking.
  • Demonstrated experience leading distributed teams and managing technical delivery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in solution architecture, proposal development, effort estimation, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with generative AI tools for code conversion, migration automation, and developer productivity.
  • SnowPro Advanced Architect certification.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise data modernization programs.
  • Familiarity with cloud security, compliance, data governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Previous experience supporting presales activities, client proposals, and solution development in financial services.
