Must Have Skills:
Strong telemetry background: SNMP traps & polling, EMS/NMS.
Solid understanding of technical architecture & data flows.
Streaming data expertise (Kafka).
Proficient in optimized Splunk/ELK queries.
Experience in Netscout nGeniusOne, ability to create & support dashboards
Onboard new services and verticals to Netscout
Exceptional troubleshooting and prior operations experience.
Ability to translate data into actionable telemetry/alerts.
Working knowledge of AIOps/MLOps concepts.
SQL and timeseries DB experience.
Python scripting/automation.
Detailed Job Description:
Define and evolve telemetry architecture: SNMP traps/polling, EMS/NMS integration, data models, and endtoend data flow.
Build and operate streaming pipelines (Kafka) and timeseries stores; ensure data quality, performance, and reliability.
Develop optimized Splunk/ELK searches, dashboards, alerts, and correlation logic for realtime insights.
Lead deep production troubleshooting and partner with Operations/SRE for incident resolution and runbook improvements.
Advance AIOps/MLOps use cases (anomaly detection, noise reduction, autoremediation) with measurable KPIs.
Minimum Years of Experience: 7+ years
