Job Description:
We are seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator with experience in cross-country/global delivery coordination, preferably within Oracle environments (Oracle EBS, Fusion, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Managed Services). The ideal candidate will support global service delivery operations, coordinate with onsite-offshore teams, ensure smooth execution of Oracle-related projects, and maintain strong communication across multiple regions and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate cross-country delivery for Oracle-focused projects and managed services.
Act as a liaison between clients, Oracle delivery teams, and internal stakeholders across regions.
Track project deliverables, SLA adherence, escalations, and status reporting.
Support Oracle implementation, upgrade, cloud, and support engagements.
Ensure effective coordination across multiple time zones and global teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Oracle service delivery (Oracle EBS, Fusion, OCI, ERP/SCM/HCM, or Infrastructure projects).
Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience working with global onsite-offshore delivery models.
Ability to manage priorities, escalations, and client expectations effectively.
