Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable GenAI solutions, working with transformer models, and integrating AI capabilities into real-world products.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, or similar models
Build and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and inference
Develop backend services and APIs using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask)
Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and outputs
Work with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) for semantic search and retrieval
Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs using frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers
Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineers
Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software development with strong Python programming skills
Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI frameworks
Strong understanding of NLP concepts and transformer architectures
Experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques
Experience with vector databases and embedding models
Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
