Position: Junior PCB Design Engineer (DesignSpark)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20 - $110/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

Review and evaluate PCB designs using DesignSpark software to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Provide detailed feedback and annotations on PCB schematics and layouts based on industry standards.
Contribute technical insights to develop comprehensive data sets for training AI models.
Collaborate with AI engineers and technical team members to communicate best practices and design challenges.
Document common issues, design rationales, and solutions encountered during PCB development.
Assist in creating guidelines and reference materials for PCB design using DesignSpark.

Requirements

Have proficiency with DesignSpark PCB design software.
Possess a solid understanding of PCB design principles, including schematic capture and layout.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting technical information.
Have a detail-oriented approach to reviewing technical documentation and designs.
Be able to work independently and manage time across multiple priorities.
