Mandatory skills
· Experience developing and supporting automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, or related intelligent automation technologies required
· Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, UiPath Studio, and UiPath Orchestrator required
· Experience analysing business processes and identifying automation opportunities that improve efficiency and business outcomes required
· Experience developing integrations with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and third-party systems required Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve workflow, integration, and automation platform issues required
· Experience developing dashboards, reporting, and analytics solutions to support operational visibility and decision-making required Knowledge of automation governance, documentation standards, security principles, and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices preferred
· Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders required Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously required
· Experience supporting automation initiatives through all phases of the solution lifecycle required Knowledge of emerging AI, automation, and low-code technologies preferred Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
