Project Manager (Compliance , Healthcare/Life Science, Vendor Management)

Job Description:

The client is seeking a short-term, experienced Project Manager to lead two highly interrelated, global compliance transformation initiatives within a six-month timeframe. These initiatives are critical to modernizing the company’s healthcare compliance approval processes and third-party diligence capabilities, with a strong emphasis on process redesign, technology enablement, and business usability. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery—driving structure, momentum, and execution—while partnering closely with Global & Regional Compliance, Legal, IT, Procurement, and business stakeholders.

Must Have Experience:

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional global initiatives in Healthcare or life sciences
• Strong background in process design, optimization, and technology enablement
• Experience defining system requirements and leading RFPs and vendor evaluations
• Ability to translate compliance and regulatory needs into scalable business solutions
• Strong project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills
•  Demonstrated ability to deliver under aggressive timelines
