Project Analyst (AI Focus)

Overview:
We''re seeking a Project Analyst with a strong focus on AI to support the Fleet Organization under the Director of Technical Projects. This role will focus on building and deploying AI agents within a Microsoft enterprise environment, leveraging internal data to drive automation and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy AI agents within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., SharePoint)
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using internal data sources
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
Support integration of AI solutions into existing workflows and systems
Document solutions and provide recommendations for future enhancements

Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience building AI agents or AI-driven automation tools
Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks
Experience working within Microsoft enterprise environments (e.g., SharePoint, Azure)
Ability to work with internal data sources securely and effectively
Strong communication and project coordination skills

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with Power BI and/or Power Apps
Background in extending AI solutions or supporting post-deployment enhancements
