Position: Demand Planner II

Job Overview: The Demand Planner II will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the supply chain process by forecasting demand, analyzing inventory levels, and ensuring the availability of products to meet customer needs. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business insights.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align demand planning with business goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in the supply chain process.
- Prepare and present reports on demand planning metrics and performance to stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of demand planning tools and systems to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in demand planning software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
