A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is looking for a Process Automation Manager to join their team. Job Responsibilities:
• Developing and driving implementation schedules for high impact projects
• Managing an efficient allocation of shared resources and coordinating with internal and external teams to support delivery of projects in parallel
• Leading the execution from start to finish of process automation solutions across several teams and functions.
• Communicating upward and downward throughout the organization, raising key issues and options to resolve with stakeholders and executive teams
Key Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing project teams to deliver process improvement projects
• Experience implementing process automation using RPA, APA, and workflow orchestration tools.
• Results oriented and attention to detail
• Ability to deliver highly complex and ambiguous large-scale initiatives under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred. Masters or MBA are considered a plus
• 5+ years of experience with process automation tools
Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months with extension
Work Location: Cupertino, CA (onsite)
Pay Rate: $70.00 - $85.00 ph (DOE)
