Job Description:
This initiative provides negotiators and Crew Analytics teams with self-service, natural-language access to governed crew and operational data.
The Tech Lead will support:
AI and analytics solution architecture.
Platform and application integration.
Data governance and semantic data-layer integration.
AI/analytics application development and delivery.
Production readiness and deployment.
Collaboration with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and platform engineering teams.
Technologies such as Databricks Genie, AWS Quick Suite, and cloud-based AI/data platforms.
Required Skills:
Expert-level experience in software engineering with broad and deep knowledge of software development practices and technologies. Strong experience leading software engineering teams.Advanced knowledge of at least one programming language and working knowledge of additional programming languages. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, development methodologies, testing, and deployment. Experience with cloud technologies, APIs, system integrations, and modern software engineering practices. Experience working with AI/ML, data platforms, analytics, or AI-enabled applications is highly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to communicate technical solutions and their business value to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise-level environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent advanced experience. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
