Oracle PL/SQL Developer (Performance Tuning)

Location: Fort Mill, SC (Onsite - 3 days/week)
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle PL/SQL Developer with strong experience in performance tuning and SQL optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building and optimizing complex database solutions and working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL code including stored procedures, packages, and triggers
Perform performance tuning and query optimization for large-scale databases
Design and implement efficient data models and database solutions
Work on ETL processes and data integration pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offshore teams for delivery
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and ensure timely delivery
Troubleshoot and resolve database performance and production issues

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL and SQL
Expertise in performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies
Hands-on experience with stored procedures, packages, and triggers
Experience with Oracle versions (11g/12c/19c)
Knowledge of Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting
Experience with Git and Agile methodologies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with ETL processes
Data modeling experience
Exposure to REST API integration

Additional Requirements:

10+ years of overall experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable working onsite in Fort Mill, SC
Open to in-person interview process
