Job Description
Bachelor s-level degree from a recognized college or university. Alternatively, qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
A recognized college or university is defined as an institution of higher learning approved by the Office of Higher Education of any given state or a foreign college or university of comparable standing.
All Resources must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience, during the last seven (7) years, using advanced Java programming skills to perform systems design, development, testing and implementation, and troubleshooting activities in support of Java applications.
All Resources must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience, during the last seven (7) years, developing application(s) using PL/SQL procedures, functions and packages using PL/SQL developer, SQL developer, TOAD or any similar tool.
All Resources must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience, during the last five (5) years, with Java Application Server administration and configurations such as Jboss.
At least one (1) Resources must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience, within the last five (5) years conducting formal knowledge transfer and/or training sessions to client staff to enable client staff to support and maintain Java applications.
At least one (1) Resource must have two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years, writing technical documentation such as sequence diagrams and system design documentation.
At least one (1) Resource must have two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years with testing tools such as JMeter, Junit, and Soap UI.
At least one (1) Resource must have two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years in conducting formal requirements elicitation, including conducting client interviews for requirements gathering and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
At least one (1) Resource must have two (2) years of experience within the last seven (7) years interfacing with the California Law Enforcement Telecommunications System, or similar system.
At least one (1) Resource must have two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years with Oracle RDMBS, preferably Oracle version 12c or 19c.
At least one (1) Resource must have two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years with Angular, JavaScript, PL/SQL, Java 11+, REST, JBoss, Spring-Boot.
