Job description:

Strong understanding of US banking products, including but not limited to: deposits, lending, and card issuing.
• Ability to effectively identify and escalate compliance risks associated with product proposal, customer-facing content and key operational controls.
• A strong understanding of the elements of a compliance program, including risk assessment, monitoring and testing planning, third party oversight, and compliance training.
• Expertise in laws and regulations governing consumer and commercial financial products, including, but not limited to, TILA/Regulation Z, ECOA/Regulation B, FCRA/Regulation V, SCRA, MLA, EFTA/Regulation E, TISA/Regulation DD, EFAA/Regulation CC, as well as industry best practices.
