Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Job Overview:

• Seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with customers to deploy and operationalize AI-powered workflow solutions.
• This role combines AI engineering, full-stack development, enterprise integrations, and client-facing solution delivery.
• Partner with business consultants, product teams, and customer stakeholders to develop agentic AI workflows, intelligent automations, and AI-powered integrations within ServiceNow and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure agentic AI workflows and AI-powered automations.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures and implementation plans.
• Build AI prototypes, demos, and proof-of-concepts for customer use cases.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow, enterprise systems, APIs, and AI services.
• Build supporting scripts, microservices, automation logic, and integration services.
• Implement LLM integrations, AI orchestration, and agentic workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across AI workflows, integrations, and automation pipelines.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and production-ready.
• Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and technical discussions.
• Clearly communicate technical concepts, architecture, and tradeoffs to technical and business stakeholders.
• Contribute reusable components, automation assets, deployment patterns, and improvements to AI platforms and accelerators.
• Collaborate with Business Consultants, Product Engineers, Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and AI Center of Excellence teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, enterprise platforms, or automation.
• Strong experience in full-stack development, scripting, or enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies or AI-powered applications.
• Experience in client-facing engineering, consulting, or solution delivery.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong programming experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, and automation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced customer environments.
