Location: Appleton / Green Bay / Fox Valley, WI
Pay: $33 - $38/hr

Summary
The I&E Technician will support the installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of instrumentation, electrical, and control systems across multiple facilities in Wisconsin. This role works with a wide range of technologies including PLCs, motor controls, SCADA systems, and industrial communication networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform system and plant operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Install, repair, and maintain instrumentation and electrical equipment
  • Execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs for electrical and instrumentation systems
  • Operate and maintain gas chromatographs and moisture analyzers
  • Perform minor and major electrical and software maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records related to shutdowns, inspections, and safety checks
  • Ensure all process safety management (PSM) documentation remains accurate and up to date
  • Operate and maintain a company vehicle in a safe and professional manner
  • Maintain tools and equipment issued to the technician
  • Participate in on-call rotation and work weekends as required
  • Order electrical and electronic components as needed to support operations

Qualifications
  • Five (5) years of applicable experience, or a combination of relevant education and hands-on experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Skills / Technical Knowledge
  • Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Adobe or similar PDF software for documenting schematic changes
  • SCADA systems experience, including Ignition SCADA and HMI design
  • AMI Command Center (moisture analyzers and low-range H?S detection)
  • Knowledge of mobile VPNs, Ethernet networks, and remote connectivity
  • Experience with RealVNC Viewer or similar VNC tools
  • Studio 5000 / Logix Designer
  • EtherNet/IP Address Commissioning Tool or BootP-DHCP
  • Connected Components Workbench (VFDs and soft starters).
  • ABB PCCU software for Naccess
