Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Director, IT Strategy & Operations to partner with executive leadership and drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, operational excellence, and transformational initiatives. This role will oversee strategic programs, PMO activities, stakeholder alignment, change management, and enterprise technology integrations, including ServiceNow. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience in IT operations, governance, portfolio/program management, and executive communications within healthcare, public sector, or other complex enterprise environments.
