Job Description:

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and customer data models.
Build and manage data ingestion pipelines from enterprise systems including:
CRM, Claims, Enrollment, Web, Mobile, Third-party data sources
Configure Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Calculated Insights, Identity Resolution rules
Implement unified customer profiles and Customer 360 capabilities.
Develop audience segmentation strategies and activation frameworks.
Configure consent management and customer data governance solutions.
Monitor and optimize Data Cloud performance, scalability, and data quality.
Design and implement Marketing Cloud solutions including:
Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Audience Builder
Develop personalized customer engagement campaigns using Data Cloud audiences.
Configure and maintain automated customer journeys and real-time activation use cases.
Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM systems, External platforms
Support campaign analytics, customer engagement reporting, and attribution models.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience developing, configuring, and deploying applications on:
Microsoft Azure and any other cloud platform
