Job Overview:

Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 1+ years of experience in Guidewire implementations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Leads and manages the integrated plan for the respective business work streams.
• Facilitates workshops to articulate out of the box Guidewire products for joint sessions with all stakeholders.
• Plans, executes, and delivers the requirements end to end.
• Works with technical teams to define, estimate, and document requirements.
• Facilitates workshops for planning, solutioning, and tracks overall execution of work items.
• Conducts requirement sessions with stakeholders to define business processes and sales flows.
• Conducts standups, code reviews, and test reviews.
• Involved in deep dive sessions throughout project execution.
• Supports identification of needed business project team members and ensures those resources execute according to plan.
• Controls and manages scope and schedule.
• Aligns multiple business teams and is responsible for driving completion of plans and deliverables.
• Accountable for creation of the plan to achieve phase objectives.
• Accountable for aligning business resources and overall business implementation plan.
• Responsible for identifying appropriate individuals for deliverables sign off and managing approvals.
• Supports the documentation of the business case.
• Identifies KPIs and establishes benefit realization metrics.
• Communicates with the Program Manager and assists with program initiatives.
• Provides business-related Subject Matter Expertise across the entire Guidewire Value Chain.
• Coordinates and participates in key meetings and oversees project progress and day-to-day project activities.
• Collaborates with product owners and other stakeholders to uncover gaps in solution design and recommends changes.
• Escalates and assists in resolution of identified issues, risks, and scope management.
• Provides project business input and facilitates joint review and approval of workshop outputs.
• Supports outreach to other resources within the Business Community as required to obtain specialized knowledge.
