Job Title: Disinfecting/Sanitizing Laborer
Location: Vienna, VA

Responsibilities
• Disinfect and sanitize air handler chamber walls, floors, and ceilings
• Replace pre-filter and main filters exposed to pollen, dust, and debris
• Clean air handlers' internal chambers using cleaning agents
• Work from ladders and in uncomfortable positions as needed
• Use disposable rubber gloves, safety glasses, and N95 masks, provided
• Follow safety precautions in hazardous work areas
• Wear safety and non-slip shoes during work
• Lift up to 50 lbs as required
Requirements
• 0-2 years experience in cleaning hard-to-reach places or similar work
• Ability to work onsite in Vienna, VA
• Knowledge of safety precautions in hazardous work environments
• Ability to work from ladders and in uncomfortable positions
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
