Must-Have Skills:

4 years supporting healthcare IT, with strong exposure to laboratory operations and workflows.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cerner Millennium, preferably PathNet, including requirements, testing, go-live, and sustainment.
Experience with LIS/EHR implementations or migrations, workflow documentation, testing, and stakeholder facilitation.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in federal or large enterprise modernization programs and structured PMO environments.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Informatics, Computer Science, Healthcare, Biology, or Laboratory Sciences.
