IAM Developer

Job Title: IAM Developer
Location: Spartanburg, SC (Hybrid)- 60% remote / 40% onsite
Employment Type: W2 Only

Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the global Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) platform, OpenText Advanced Authentication. The role provides technical leadership and Level 3 support for authentication, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and IT security initiatives across global environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the global MFA platform.
• Lead technical activities for medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Provide subject matter expertise in MFA, IAM, authentication, and access management.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and provide Level 3 support.
• Analyze requirements and coordinate technical work with external suppliers.
• Develop technical documentation, test plans, and automated test scripts using Postman.
• Perform unit and integration testing and support deployment processes.
• Ensure platform security, scalability, reliability, and compliance with technical standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong experience with MFA, IAM, and IT security technologies.
• Expertise in authentication and access control solutions.
• Experience in complex troubleshooting and Level 3 support.
• Knowledge of technical documentation and testing procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Postman and automated testing.
• Exposure to OpenText Advanced Authentication or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale, global IT environments.

Work Location
Currently approximately 60% remote / 40% onsite.
