Job Duties:
·       Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
·       Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
·       Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
·       Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
·       Create and manage workflows, process builders, validation rules, and flows to automate business processes.
·       Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
·       Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data management using tools like Data Loader.
·       Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
·       Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and system errors.
·       Conduct unit testing and ensure code coverage meets Salesforce deployment standards.
·       Manage deployments using change sets, CI/CD tools, or DevOps pipelines.
·       Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
·       Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational policies.
·       Design and deploy Custom objects, Entity-Relationship data model, Formulas, Validation rules on the objects, Page layouts, Custom tabs and Components.
·       Configure Security using Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Roles, and Sharing Rules, to suit the needs of the application.
·       Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers.
·       Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end users.
