Role Description
We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Developer with strong expertise in Secure Web Sessions (SWS / PSM for Web) to design, implement, and support enterpriselevel Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have handson experience configuring CyberArk components, onboarding privileged webbased accounts, and integrating CyberArk with enterprise security and IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain CyberArk PAM solutions, with a strong focus on Secure Web Sessions (PSM for Web / SWS).
- Configure, manage, and support core CyberArk components:
- Digital Vault
- CPM (Central Policy Manager)
- PSM (Privileged Session Manager)
- PSM for Web / Secure Web Sessions
- Onboard privileged accounts for webbased applications, consoles, and portals using password vaulting and session isolation.
- Configure and manage:
- Web connectors
- URL definitions
- Authentication policies
- Session recording and monitoring for web access
- Implement RBAC, access control policies, approval workflows, and dualcontrol mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot SWS session failures, authentication issues, and connectorrelated errors.
- Perform regular health checks, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of CyberArk environments.
- Integrate CyberArk PAM solutions with enterprise systems including:
- Active Directory / LDAP
- SIEM tools (Splunk, Azure Sentinel, QRadar, etc.)
- Ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
- Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure privileged access implementation.
- Participate in incident response investigations related to privileged access and session monitoring.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and onboarding procedures aligned with security best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6-8 years of handson experience with CyberArk PAM implementations.
- Strong expertise in PSM for Web / Secure Web Sessions (SWS).
- Indepth knowledge of CyberArk Vault, CPM, and PSM.
- Experience onboarding webbased privileged accounts and configuring web connectors.
- Strong understanding of authentication methods, access controls, and session management.
- Experience integrating CyberArk with AD/LDAP, SIEM, and ServiceNow.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex CyberArk and SWS issues in production environments.
- Good understanding of security, compliance, and IAM best practices.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Desired Skills (Nice to Have)
- CyberArk certifications (PAMDEF, PAMSEN, PAMCDE).
- Experience with REST APIs and automation for CyberArk.
- Exposure to cloudbased PAM implementations (AWS/Azure).
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows administration.
