Summary

High-impact initiative to re-imagine and scale the IT Business Engagement function for a customer. We are seeking a strategic IT Consultant to transition current relationship-based delivery models into a robust, scalable operating model that aligns IT services with broad organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current state IT customer engagement practices and stakeholder relationships.
Design and document a future-state framework for business engagement, including demand and opportunity management.
Develop a 3-year strategic business engagement plan and a roadmap for phased implementation.
Lead organizational change management (OCM) and communication activities to transition IT and external stakeholders to the new model.
Establish governance mechanisms for continual review and adaptation of service delivery models.
Create a managed service support plan to ensure the scalability and sustainability of the new engagement functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT Strategy, Management Consulting, or IT Operating Model design.
Proven expertise in Business Relationship Management (BRM) frameworks and IT Governance.
Strong background in Strategic Planning and Organizational Change Management (OCM).
Experience documenting complex business requirements and designing service delivery workflows.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
