Summary

Role: Workday Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Remote

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Workday HCM and HRIS systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for post-go-live support, troubleshooting, enhancements, and implementing best practices to optimize system performance, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM functionalities.
Provide post-go-live support including troubleshooting business processes, RaaS reports, EIBs, and technical configuration issues.
Manage and configure Workday Security Groups and security policies.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and recommend Workday best practices to improve system performance and compliance.
Develop production-ready solutions such as EIBs, custom reports, and EDI file transfers to SFTP for vendor integrations.
Support ongoing Workday upgrades, system enhancements, and configuration changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, and Benefits stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in Workday/HRIS systems.
Strong expertise in Workday HCM.
Hands-on experience with EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) and RaaS (Report-as-a-Service).
Experience configuring and managing Workday Security Groups and policies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

Experience supporting multi-tenant Workday environments.
Knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes.
