Position Overview

Our client, a premier brand in the Apparel and Handbag sector, is seeking a hands-on Senior IT Manager to lead and take full ownership of their IT department. This is a high-visibility role requiring a leader who can bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution.

The ideal candidate is not just a manager but a "working manager" who has been in the trenches with Dynamics D365 F&O. You will be responsible for the overall health of the IT infrastructure, application lifecycle, and team management while driving digital transformation initiatives across Stores and eCommerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

•Leadership & Strategy: Take full ownership of the IT Department, managing a team of 8 in-house staff. Drive technology strategy to support rapid retail growth.

•D365 Oversight: Lead the ongoing optimization, support, and future-state architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations).

•Operations: Oversee application support, infrastructure, and security. Ensure 24/7 uptime for both retail store systems and the eCommerce platform.

•Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison for various third-party vendors, managing contracts, SLAs, and system integrations.

•Project Management: Lead full lifecycle implementations and upgrades, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

•Stakeholder Engagement: Report directly to the C-Suite/Executive Leadership, translating technical requirements into business value.
