Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Windows Desktop Administrator to manage and support Windows-based desktop environments across the organization. The role involves maintaining system performance, deploying software and updates, ensuring endpoint security, and providing advanced technical support to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktop operating systems.
  • Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Manage device deployment, system imaging, and configuration.
  • Deploy OS patches, security updates, and enterprise applications.
  • Manage devices using tools such as Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
  • Support Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD for identity and access management.
  • Ensure endpoint security using tools like Microsoft Defender and BitLocker.
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
  • Track and manage hardware assets and support remote users.
