This individual will operate as a senior member of the engineering team, providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, and partnering directly with development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.

  • Develop and enhance automation solutions that improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Mentor engineers and promote best practices across the organization.
  • Evaluate technology effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase quality, security, and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Maintain platform documentation and knowledge-sharing resources.
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices across all platform and pipeline implementations.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on Jenkins administration experience, including:
    • Pipeline development
    • Shared library creation
    • Agent configuration
    • Plugin management
  • Strong Groovy scripting experience, including development of custom shared libraries, pipeline functions, and automation components.
  • Enterprise-scale Bitbucket administration experience, including:
    • Repository management
    • Branch permissions
    • Webhook configuration
    • Patch and upgrade coordination
  • Artifactory administration experience, including:
    • Repository configuration
    • Access controls and permissions
    • Credential and token lifecycle management
  • 3+ years of infrastructure engineering experience supporting Linux and/or Windows environments.
  • Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex issues involving multiple integrated systems and tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating directly with software development teams.
  • Commitment to security, compliance, and operational best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ansible automation and infrastructure-as-code experience.
  • Experience integrating and supporting application security and code quality tools.
  • Test automation platform support experience.
  • Python scripting for automation and operational tooling.
  • Java development experience related to build systems or CI/CD processes.
  • Docker and Kubernetes experience.
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS and/or Azure).
  • Experience with identity and access management (IAM), secrets management, and infrastructure provisioning.
  • Experience supporting platform migrations, modernization efforts, or enterprise onboarding initiatives.
  • Experience with middleware technologies such as WebLogic or Tomcat.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
About the Team

This engineering team owns and supports a portfolio of developer productivity and CI/CD tools relied upon by software delivery teams.
