Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Service Catalog development, scripting, integrations, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on Yokohama version or higher, along with strong knowledge of automated testing, API integrations, and AI-assisted ServiceNow capabilities.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting scalable ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product teams.

Required Qualifications

3 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development
Strong hands-on experience with:

Service Catalog
Business Rules
Client Scripts
Script Includes
Application Development

Experience working on Yokohama version or higher
Experience with ATF scripting or automated testing tools
2 3 years of experience in:

REST APIs
JSON
Integration development

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Must possess:

ServiceNow CSA Certification
ServiceNow CAD Certification

Experience with NowAssist Agentic AI and Conversational Catalog

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with:

ECPro
Service Portal Development

Citizen Developer tools

Knowledge of:

Responsibilities

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Design and develop ServiceNow Service Catalog solutions including catalog items, workflows, UI forms, and integrations
Implement features based on user stories and acceptance criteria
Perform unit testing and support end-to-end SDLC activities
Manage update sets and deployment activities across environments
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes

Collaborate with engineering teams on technical discussions and solution development
