Job Type: W2 Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Java Developers to join our team on a W2 contract basis. The ideal candidates must be local to Dallas, TX or Austin, TX and available to work onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Java development
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
Experience with Microservices architecture
Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle)
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
