Job Description:-

Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Qualifies, designs, integrates and strategizes multi-domain Identity and Access Management IAM systems. Provides the highest level of technical escalation on project blockers and operational troubleshooting.
- Facilitates the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that enable the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and applications across the enterprise.
- Collaborates with the IAM, Enterprise Infrastructure, Enterprise Cybersecurity Risk and Enterprise Cybersecurity Engineering teams to brief on state-of-the-industry, recommend direction and changes in program technology.
- Delivers technical solutions and guidance to the business and project teams
- Works closely and collaborates with Amica's external partners to provide direction and oversight.
- Leads new technology integration via requirements analysis, design and implementation.
- May assist in the development of methods to measure and report on IAM systems performance and reliability.

Position Requirements:
- Typically requires a 4-year degree and 9+ years of experience in multiple and/or highly complex architecture domains or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- Deep and broad technical expertise in IAM systems and integration.
- Deep and broad technical experience in the authentication and authorization IAM domain (e.g LDAP and Active Directory)
- Deep and broad technical experience in the identity management IAM domain (NetIQ/Opentext IDM experience a plus)
- Deep and broad technical experience in the privileged access management IAM domain (Cyberark experience a plus)
- Deep and broad technical experience in the recertification IAM domain (Opentext IGA experience a plus)
- Strong technical writing and diagramming skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including proven abilities to facilitate and influence the outcome of cross-functional meetings, champion ideas, and influence key stakeholders across the organization to obtain buy-in, is required.
- Possesses strong conflict-resolution skills; Able to take control of difficult situations; Perseveres even during
resistance and setbacks with a focus on a successful outcome.
- Leads in promoting diverse teams and gives equal treatment to all; Able to adjust to individual differences in ability, personality, interests, means of learning and motivation. Maintains a high level of diplomacy and the ability to see and rationalize multiple points of view.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and JIRA; Able to manage projects using multiple methodologies and technologies across business functions and lines of business.
- Holds relevant certifications.
