Rate : $32-$36/Hr

We are looking for an experienced Analyst/Programmer Specialist with strong hands-on experience in MuleSoft, .NET, Azure, SQL, and application development to support and build custom applications across the agency.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Support and implement MuleSoft APIs across the agency
• Support existing DWD Dynamics 365 applications
• Develop and maintain custom applications using .NET, Java, and other technologies
• Support ETPL across multiple applications and the Dynamics environment
• Work with various database technologies
• Design and implement new systems based on customer requirements
• Maintain and implement Azure WebJobs, MuleSoft, and Talend for data transfers
• Enhance existing applications in an Agile development environment
• Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, and other agencies
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, systems, and design patterns
• Contribute to building a structured and flexible development team

🔹 Required Skills:

• 3–4 years of software/application development experience
• Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience with MuleSoft
• Experience as a .NET or Full Stack Developer
• C# / ASP.NET / MVC / .NET 9.0
• Strong SQL skills
• Azure experience
• Java / Spring Framework
• Agile development experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft MCSD/MCSE certification
• Cloud certification(s)
• Experience with AI technologies
• Experience with Talend and Azure WebJobs
• Experience supporting Dynamics 365 applications
