User-Centered Design (UCD)

Usability Testing / User Testing

Design Thinking

Cross-functional collaboration

Communication / stakeholder presentation

 

2–4 years UX experience (not senior)

Strong portfolio (mandatory)

Hands-on prototyping experience

Experience working with developers/design teams
