Offshore coordination (classic PMP model)
Own the integrated platform roadmap, including epics, features, technical enablers, release milestones, and cross-team dependencies. Lead Agile Release Train planning, execution, and delivery across multiple Scrum teams. Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, dependency triage, risk reviews, and release-readiness discussions. Maintain a predictable delivery cadence across platform, infrastructure, security, and product teams. Manage program timelines, costs, risks, impediments, stakeholder decisions, and delivery outcomes. Establish an effective execution cadence across distributed teams and time zones. Maintain clear records of decisions, actions, owners, dependencies, and due dates.
Serve as the primary interface among business sponsors, security, architecture, engineering, platform operations, and platform consumers. Translate enterprise constraints into delivery decisions and technical trade-offs into clear, executive-ready language. Track and report platform-delivery measures, including:
