Senior Salesforce Developer - Service Cloud (LWC, Apex; Core Platform)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with deep hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex development, and Salesforce platform configuration.The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing,developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across core platform capabilities.
Need good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud experience in the area of CTIintegrations, Omni-Channel, and advanced configurations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable Service Cloud solutions while acting as a trusted onshore Sr Developer for client engagement, solution delivery, and technical leadership.

This role requires strong technical depth in custom development, integration, and configuration,  along with the ability to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.Experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

      Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC, Aura, and Apex.

      Build custom Lightning components (LWC & Aura) aligned with business and UX requirements.

      Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, and REST/SOAP integrations.

      Implement complex business logic using Flows, Process Automation, and platform tools.

      Perform advanced Salesforce configurations including:

      Objects, fields, validation rules

      Record types, page layouts

      Profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules

      Approval processes and automation tools

      Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

      Optimize system performance, governor limits handling, and code best practices.

      Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

      Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.

      Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

      6+ years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on development expertise.

      Deep expertise in:

      Lightning Web Components (LWC)

      Apex Classes & Triggers

      SOQL/SOSL

      Strong experience with Salesforce core platform capabilities and configurations.

      Experience with Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, Autolaunched Flows).

      Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, sharing).

      Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and external integrations.

      Solid understanding of governor limits and performance optimization.

      Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

      Excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments.

Good to Have

      Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds.

      Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II preferred).

      Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

      Exposure to Aura Components

      Experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations.
