Job Description

15+ Years | Microsoft Platform | Healthcare, Pharmacy, or Employee Benefits
Overview: Provide technology leadership across enterprise architecture, cloud modernization, data & analytics, AI adoption, and digital transformation initiatives. Drive strategic architecture decisions and deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions on the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
Define enterprise architecture roadmaps, governance standards, reference architectures, and technology strategy.
Lead application modernization, cloud migration, integration, and platform transformation initiatives.
Architect solutions using .NET, Azure, SQL Server, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and AI services.
Drive AI adoption, GenAI use cases, intelligent automation, and enterprise data strategies.
Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams.

Required Technical Skills:
.NET/.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture.
Azure: App Services, Functions, AKS, API Management, Service Bus, Event Hub, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Entra ID.
Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Data Warehousing, Lakehouse, Data Engineering, Reporting & Analytics.
Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Platform Governance.
DevOps, CI/CD, Security Architecture, Performance Engineering, Enterprise Architecture.
Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Responsible AI practices.
Strong expertise in executive dashboards, self-service reporting, KPI frameworks, and data-driven decision making.

Domain Expertise (Mandatory):
Healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Healthcare Payer/Provider, or Employee Benefits platforms.
Experience with claims processing, eligibility, enrollment, member/provider integrations, regulatory compliance, and healthcare data ecosystems.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline (Master's preferred).
15+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, and enterprise architecture.
7+ years leading architecture teams and enterprise transformation programs.
Mandatory Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), GitHub Copilot Certification (GH-300), and Azure AI certification (AI-103).

Preferred Certifications: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600), Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), and other relevant Microsoft AI, Data, Analytics, Security, or Cloud Architecture certifications.'

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $140000- $160000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
