Hiring: Senior Software Engineer Medical Device
Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94089
Key Responsibilities
Develop, design, code, test, and maintain software applications
Build unit and automated testing solutions with strong test coverage
Enhance development, build, packaging, and release processes
Follow software development and source control best practices
Perform risk management to minimize customer impact from software defects
Collaborate effectively within an Agile/Scrum environment
Required Skills
8+ years of software development experience with a BS in Computer Science/STEM, or equivalent advanced degree experience
Strong experience with Java & Spring Frameworks
RESTful APIs and web application development
Experience debugging and testing in Windows or Linux environments
Working knowledge of Angular, Node.js, React, JavaScript
Strong understanding of XML/JSON and OOP
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Agile/Scrum
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
