This role requires deep functional knowledge of Broadridge modules (BPS, IMPACT, Gloss, Proxy, Post‑Trade, Wealth) and strong QA skills to ensure high‑quality, compliant, and stable implementations for banking clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing across Broadridge platforms.
  • Validate workflows for trade lifecycle, settlements, corporate actions, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Review business requirements and convert them into detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Execute manual and automated tests for Broadridge modules (BPS, IMPACT, Gloss, Proxy, Wealth, Post‑Trade).
  • Test interfaces and data flows between Broadridge and banking systems (trading, clearing, risk, compliance).
  • Validate API integrations, MQ/Kafka messaging, FIX/SWIFT flows, and downstream processing.
  • Identify defects, log issues, track resolutions, and ensure complete coverage before deployment.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and banking operations teams to ensure quality delivery.
  • Support UAT, production validation, and release cycles.
  • Ensure all testing meets banking regulatory, compliance, and audit standards.
  • Maintain documentation: test cases, traceability matrices, defect logs, and QA reports.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–7 years of QA experience in Broadridge platforms or post‑trade banking systems.

Hands‑on testing experience with one or more Broadridge products:

    • BPS (Brokerage Processing Services)
    • IMPACT
    • Gloss
    • Proxy / Shareholder Communications
    • Post‑Trade / Trade Management
    • Wealth / Investor Communications

Strong understanding of:

    • Trade lifecycle (execution → clearing → settlement)
    • Corporate actions
    • Custody operations
    • Regulatory reporting
    • Reconciliations & exception management
  • Experience writing and executing detailed test cases and test scripts.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data validation, and backend testing.
  • Experience testing APIs, MQ/Kafka messages, FIX/SWIFT flows, and ETL pipelines.
  • Strong defect management skills using tools like JIRA, ALM, qTest, Zephyr, etc.
  • Ability to work in fast‑paced banking environments with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for client‑facing QA discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience testing Broadridge implementations for Tier‑1 or Tier‑2 banks.
  • Knowledge of FINRA, SEC, OCC, FRB regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman, ReadyAPI).
  • Exposure to cloud‑based testing (AWS, Azure).
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Why This Role Matters

Broadridge systems are critical for post‑trade processing, regulatory compliance, investor communications, and operational automation. High‑quality QA ensures banks avoid operational risk, regulatory penalties, and system failures—making this role essential for successful Broadridge implementations.
